Upcoming Level One

Upcoming Level Two

"Kathy's Level Two EFLC program opened the door for me to step into becoming the type of leader I have always wanted to be. Not only did I learn methods of heart based leadership, I also gained invaluable tools that will empower me throughout my life. The Level Two was truly a perfect blend of horsemanship and coaching. Kathy has created a wonderfully space in which people have all the components they need to experiment, learn and grow."
—Kyle Kimball, Texas

"At the Level Two Facilitator Training, learning to embody heart-centered leadership via sensory awareness turned out to be something I use every day whenever I feel myself get off center. In my work with Gus, it was undeniably clear if my energy/leadership was scattered and fearful or focused/centered and confident. He either moved well or...he didn't!"
Cindy A, MA

"Thank you for the info on your worksheets! They are exactly what I need to help me "center" and "calm" myself before going to the ranch and while riding!!! Finally I have information to help myself become a more confident, trusting rider and leader for Lyra! For the past few years I knew what I needed to work on---I just didn't know how to attain my goals.Thank you, Kathy, for all your help!!!"
—Diane, Longmont, Colorado
