Equine Facilitated Learning and Coaching Apprenticeship
Approved Instructor Certification
The Equine Facilitated Learning and Coaching (EFLC) Apprenticeship program is designed for individuals who wish to become Certified Instructors of equine based learning sessions and programs. The Apprenticeship consists of on-site trainings, tele-based learning, audio recordings, coaching, research, and reading assignments.
EFLC melds aspects of nature and horse wisdom to create learning environments that support authentic expression and self-realization. Through coaching with horses, apprentices create new habits of thought and behavior that lead to positive results and ultimately new levels of success. Apprentices move beyond limitations, embrace their innate gifts and talents, and venture forward with a sense of purpose and passion in life and in the providing EFLC sessions and programs.

Through becoming an EFLC Certified Instructor you gain:
- Intuitive and emotional intelligence, agility, and savvy

Our program focuses on helping people grow personally and professionally
by building confidence, trust, and clear communication skills while engaging
with horses. This "in the bones" style of learning provides an
opportunity for individuals to shift their consciousness, expand their sense
of spirituality and transform their life and work.
We are committed to providing the best training program to prepare you in your work with others. The apprenticeship program places a high emphasis on developing coaching and leadership skills, accessing higher levels of consciousness, intuition, and feel with horses.

The Instructor Training program focuses on educating in four areas of competency:
- Equine Facilitated Learning and Coaching sessions
- Facilitator and Coaching skills development
- Natural and Intuitive methods for partnering with and caring for program horses
- Program, marketing, business development
How

You learn the methodology and tools to help others:
- Access present moment wisdom through a highly integrated level of awareness
- Explore and listen to intuition and gut feelings as a life skill

Our teachings focus on living the Way of the Horse: developing the authentic self, trust in relationships, and expanded levels of consciousness. As you demonstrate heart-based leadership your relationships begin to shift to new levels of co-creation. Life expands and higher levels of potential are reached.
Who can apply for the EFLC apprenticeship
program?
Individuals already in helping professions (coaches, consultants, therapists,
healers, physical therapists, nurses, etc.) and individuals who work with
horses (horse trainers and riding instructors) apply to this program. Individuals
going through life transitions from all walks of life and who are seeking
a new way to serve both horses and people also apply. You may take the Level
One Training separate of the Apprenticeship Program. We suggest that you
have experience in a profession that involves working with humans or one
that works with horses. If you do not, we may recommend additional training
in the areas of coaching or horse skills. During the program you will increase
your competencies in the area that you most need development.
What if I don't own a horse yet
You may not own a horse yet, but have intentions to have one in the future.
In the meanwhile, we highly suggest you lease or find a horse of your own
to work with during the program. You will facilitate several individual
EFLC sessions as part of the requirements to complete the program.
Why do I need training?
This fast emerging field is unique and complex in nature. Programs that
honor the Horse as Teacher naturally have many fluctuating energy dynamics
and unique considerations for both the horse and human. To provide an experience
that honors both beings there are many facilitation components that one
learns and that cannot be obtained in any type of training. We strongly
recommend you obtain training before ever working with clients with horses.
What else might I need to know when considering
this program?
The apprenticeship program is transformational in nature. It will provide
you the tools to work with others and at the same time you can anticipate
changes in your life as you grow more fully into your heart-based potency
and authentic expression. Be ready to be on an adventure of learning and
self-discovery. Anticipate more of "you" emerging in your life
as you learn the way and wisdom of the horse!

EFLC 2012 Approved Instructor Training Dates:
- Level One: White Stallion Ranch, Tucson, Arizona-- February 5th (check in around lunch time or after—we meet at 5:00) through February 12, 2012 (program officially ends around 5:00pm on Saturday, Feb 11 you may stay until Sunday, Feb 12 after breakfast) or
- Level Two: April 13 through April 18, 2012, Longmont, Colorado
- Level Three: June 20 through 25, 2012, Longmont, Colorado
- Level Four: October 3 through October 8, 2012, Longmont, Colorado

Mind Body Method Coach Training
The Mind Body Method Coach Training is designed for the professional, business, life or executive coach, manager or leaders, and others in helping professions who wish to expand their coaching tool box to include the three powerful Mind Body Method Coaching Models developed by Kathy Pike. These models approach coaching, communication, and personal development from an integrative, holistic point of view. This training focuses on teaching these models through role-playing, discussion, distinctions, and practical application.
When using the Mind Body Method, your clients experience:

- Key mapping, resources, diagrams, and charts.
Coaches and individuals in helping professions utilize the Mind
Body Method Coaching models to create a complete system of self
awareness and empowerment for their clients. The Mind Body Method
teaches integrative coaching processes that dramatically
shift a person's emotional state of being, awareness, and personal power.
It accesses the whole being, body and brains, and allows the natural solution
to emerge from within. Client's experience immediate clarity and are empowered
to create results.
